I’m a writer, an educator, and a guide for people trying to live more honestly inside systems that make honesty hard.
My work is rooted in truth, shaped by lived experience, and committed to building a world where our humanity is non-negotiable.
I’ve spent years helping people unlearn the stories capitalism, patriarchy, and whiteness taught them about their worth. Stories many of us still carry in our bodies, our choices, our relationships, and our money. Through study groups, political education, and the daily practice of raising four sons inside a world that demands so much of Black mothers, I’ve learned that liberation isn’t abstract. It’s intimate. It’s relational. It’s embodied.
The work I do is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about clarity.
It’s about courage.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath all the conditioning, and learning how to move through the world from that place.
