Redistribution Partnership

A 7-Month Journey Toward a New Relationship with Wealth

What if wealth wasn’t something to protect, but something to steward?

What if the discomfort you feel about having more than you need, while others struggle to survive, isn’t a problem to solve, but a doorway?

This isn’t a program. It isn’t coaching. It isn’t a giving strategy.

This is a practice.

A threshold.

An invitation into a new way of being in relationship with your wealth, your power, and the world around you.

What This Is (And What It Isn’t)

This is not philanthropy. This is not about impact reports, donor dashboards, or tax optimization. This is not designed to help you feel better without changing anything.

This is relational. This is political. This is emotional. This is transformational.

This is about unlearning the stories you’ve been taught about money, success, safety, and separation and beginning to live into something more whole.

Who This Is For

This partnership is designed for individuals who are ready to confront their relationship with wealth and take bold, intentional steps toward aligning their resources with justice and liberation. It’s best suited for you if:

You have a net wealth of $1 million or more.

You’re in a position to practice redistribution without compromising your financial security and are ready to use your wealth as a tool for meaningful change.

You’re familiar with systems of oppression and privilege.

This work builds on an understanding of how systemic inequality operates. If you’ve been engaging with concepts like privilege, systemic racism, and wealth disparity, this partnership is the next step in turning that knowledge into action.

You’re questioning the systems that created and sustain your wealth.

You’ve started to notice the ways systemic inequality has shaped your financial life and are seeking a framework to act in alignment with your values.

You’re ready to do the work.

This isn’t just about moving money…it’s about transforming how you think about, feel about, and act with your wealth. You’re ready to engage in honest reflection, do the pre-work, and participate fully in monthly sessions.

You’re seeking a space guided by lived experience and expertise.

This partnership is led by a Black woman who brings a liberatory framework and deep insight to this transformational work. You’re ready to learn and be guided by perspectives that may differ from your own.

The Rhythm
of the Work

We meet twice a month: One session for deep processing, and one for integration and action. In between, you’ll receive pre-work, journaling, or discernment exercises to ground your practice.

There is no formula. But there is a rhythm.

Month 1: Foundations & Vision
What kind of world do you want to help build? What role will your resources play in that world?

Month 2: Unpacking Your Money Story
What did you inherit…economically, emotionally, spiritually? What still owns you?

Month 3: Redefining Enough
What is enough? Who taught you that? What are you protecting, and why?

Month 4: Mapping Your Resources
Beyond your bank account: What are you truly holding? Where is your capacity hidden or unused?

Month 5: Designing Your Redistribution Plan
We move from clarity to commitment. What will you give? Where will it go? What values will it reflect?

Month 6: Enacting The Plan
You begin moving money. We tend to the emotions that arise: fear, grief, relief, and resistance.

Month 7: Integration & Long-Term Practice
We anchor redistribution as a living commitment—one that evolves with you. It’s not a one-time act; it’s a path you stay in relationship with.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A redistribution plan for the next 1–3 years

  • A deeper understanding of your relationship to wealth, power, and responsibility

  • A giving practice rooted in accountability, not charity

  • Tools for navigating guilt, fear, and resistance

  • A clearer sense of your role in collective liberation

You don’t leave this work behind. You carry it with you.

Investment As Practice

The investment you make in this partnership is not a transaction, it is your first act of redistribution. Rather than pricing based on comfort or perceived value, your contribution is aligned with your net wealth as an act of integrity and accountability. This structure reflects the spirit of the work: honest self-assessment, relational responsibility, and a willingness to live into your values.

You are not paying for my time; you are resourcing the labor, care, and lived expertise that make this kind of transformation possible. You are also participating in a lineage of reparative practice, not charity. This offering invites you to begin—as you intend to continue—in right relationship with your wealth.

Pricing Structure:

  • If your net wealth is between $1M–$2M: Your investment is $12,000

  • If your net wealth is between $2M–$5M: Your investment is $16,000

  • If your net wealth is between $5M–$10M: Your investment is $24,000

  • If your net wealth is between $10M–$20M: Your investment is $35,000

These contributions are not symbolic…they are proportionate to the access and power you hold. Let this be your first embodied step into the practice of liberatory stewardship.

Ready to Begin?

If something here stirs you, if you feel curiosity, resistance, or resonance, you’re in the right place.

The first step is to complete a short application. The application is a way for me to get to know where you’re at, understand what’s bringing you to this work, and begin holding space for what you’re carrying.

After you submit your application, we’ll schedule a one-on-one conversation to explore your responses, feel into alignment, and decide—together—if this partnership is the right next step. You’ll get a chance to ask any questions, and I’ll share more about how I hold this work and what you can expect.

This isn’t for everyone. But if it’s for you, you already know.
