In life and in business our mission, our vision, and our values are hella important. They keep us accountable, they let others know what we stand for & who we stand with, and they let others know what kind of future we are committed to creating. If we don’t identify our mission, if we don’t identify our vision, if we don’t identify our values there is no way to gauge who or what is in alignment with us and who or what is not.
Below are my mission, my vision, and my values for the work that I do in
the online/digital business space.
My mission with the work that I do is to use business as a catalyst to uplift, support, and liberate women so they are able to do their very best creative work and in return reap the highest financial rewards possible…in a non-oppressive, extractive way.
My vision for the work that I do with women-identified creatives, guides, and coaches is to fortify them so that they stand tall in the belief that their work in the word is deeply important and a vital component in the shaping of our collective future.
There is power in uplifting one another
Financial security for women is non-negotiable,
especially for Black and Brown women.
Rest is just as important as work.
The collective is more important than the individual.
Radical self-responsibility is a game changer.
Everyone is deserving of respect.
